The name and the concept are inspired by five essential foundations: a generous welcome, a convivial sharing, a respect of nature’s produce, a contemporary interpretation of flavours as well as the culinary heritage of the cuisine of the Levant.
Start your meal with a choice of Aegean and Levantine mezze, served in the spirit of sharing. Follow these with Mediterranean-style grilled fish and meat dishes, before concluding with exquisite sweet creations.

Guarda Golf Lounge
The Guarda Golf Lounge is a gathering place that is both warm and intimate. In winter, relax by the fireplace, or in summer, enjoy our sunny terrace and welcoming atmosphere.
From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., you can enjoy classic dishes such as delicious club sandwich, burger, salads, pasta, and homemade pides. In the afternoon, treat yourself to our Newby London specialty teas and a little something sweet from our dessert trolley.

Enjoy a range of stunning cocktails, decadent wines and refreshing drinks in the atmospheric Les Alpes Bar, perfect for your after dinner drinks.

Grand Sunday Buffet
Every Sunday, Guarda Golf Hotel & Residences hosts the unmissable gourmet event of Crans-Montana, the Grand Sunday Buffet. You will be amazed by the number of mouthwatering dishes served in beautiful glassware, the choice of succulent meats and fishes and the assortment of desserts. The difficulty is simple: where to begin?
The Sunday Buffet is available from 12:30 to 2:30pm every Sunday while the hotel is open, for CHF 120.- per adult and CHF 60.- per child.
