Savour the cuisine of the Levant.
The name and the concept are inspired by five essential foundations: a generous welcome, a convivial sharing, a respect of nature’s produce, a contemporary interpretation of flavours as well as the culinary heritage of the cuisine of the Levant.
Start your meal with a choice of Aegean and Levantine mezze, served in the spirit of sharing. Follow these with Mediterranean-style grilled fish and meat dishes, before concluding with exquisite sweet creations.

Holidays Celebrations
On 24th December, savor the Christmas Eve dinner, an exceptional feast to awaken the senses and celebrate tradition, with live music by Rosita.
On 25th and 26th December, extend the festive spirit with our Grand Christmas Buffet, served from 12:30 p.m. and overflowing with gourmet delights and convivial sharing.
On 31th December, experience a magical New Year’s Eve celebration at our exceptional gala themed “Snowy Fairytale.” A magical evening, punctuated by live music, fireworks, light show, and refined flavours, to welcome the new year in the most beautiful of atmospheres.
On 1st January, start the new year in style with our Grand New Year’s Day Buffet, a celebration of the senses and conviviality.

Guarda Golf Lounge
The Guarda Golf Lounge is an area that is warm and intimate at the same time. In winter by the fireplace or in the summer on the terrace, you will find a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
From 11am to 11pm, we serve classic dishes, such as a club sandwich, burger, salmon tartar, homemade pizza and pasta. In the afternoons, let yourself be tempted by our specialty teas by Newby London and a little something from our dessert trolley.

Enjoy a range of stunning cocktails, decadent wines and refreshing drinks in the atmospheric Les Alpes Bar, perfect for your after dinner drinks.

Grand Sunday Buffet
Every Sunday, Guarda Golf Hotel & Residences hosts the unmissable gourmet event of Crans-Montana, the Grand Sunday Buffet. You will be amazed by the number of mouthwatering dishes served in beautiful glassware, the choice of succulent meats and fishes and the assortment of desserts. The difficulty is simple: where to begin?
The Sunday Buffet is available from 12:30 to 2:30pm every Sunday while the hotel is open, for CHF 120.- per adult and CHF 60.- per child.
