Our aim remains to maintain the highest levels of service and the utmost comfort of our guests, all while ensuring the safety of all.
Keeping this in mind, we have put in place a certain number of preventative measures, based on all distancing and hygiene measures recommended by the Federal Council and the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH).
Masks are obligatory in ski lifts, on chair lifts and on button bars.
Masks are obligatory in queues, car parks and any other crowded areas.
The capacity of closed ski lifts is reduced to two-thirds.
Restaurants and bars on the ski slopes are closed until further notice. Some of them are offering a take away service.
We can also prepare a snack or sandwich to take with you.
Please remember that we can provide a ski pass directly at the hotel.
Masks are obligatory in the centre of Crans-Montana (within the area of the Rue du Prado – Rue Centrale), in the centre of Montana (between the Avenue de la Gare & Lake Grenon), on the Lantern Walk and in Snow Island (see map). “Covid Angels” will be present in order to ensure that the directives are being followed by all.
Restaurants and bars are closed until further notice.
Hair salons, banks and other services must close at the latest at 7 p.m. every day and remain closed all day on Sunday.
“Essential” shops (food stores and pharmacies, for example) remain open. Other shops and boutiques will be closed from 18.01 and until further notice. However, “Click & Collect” services are still allowed.
Sports shops are allowed to provide ski equipment rental and repair. It is possible to reserve equipment for hire online. Purchases can be arranged with our partner Alex Sports.
Museums, cinemas and casinos are closed until further notice.
Crans-Montana offers a drive-in test centre. No reservation is required.
